Anna joined the Tighe, Kress & Orr, P.C. Team as Office Manager in January of 2013. As Office Manager, she is responsible for the Administration Department, coordinating firm events, accounts receivable and ensuring the office runs smoothly and orderly.

Taking care of Tighe, Kress & Orr, P.C. clients is Anna’s top priority. She strives to answer client questions, or guide them to the appropriate person in a timely fashion. Anna also works hard to remind clients of monthly, quarterly and annual projects to ensure all deadlines are met. In addition, Anna takes pride in making every client feel comfortable and welcome when visiting the Tighe, Kress & Orr, P.C. office.

Prior to joining Tighe, Kress & Orr, P.C., Anna was an Account Executive at Tasty Catering in Elk Grove Village for 7 years. While working at Tasty, her focus was planning Special Events and Company picnics for groups ranging from 5 to more than 1,000 guests. During her last year planning events, Anna successfully planned more than 380 events and produced over $1,000,000 in sales. Through her attention to detail and meticulous planning, Anna allowed her clients to feel like a guest at their own event. She has been referred to by both clients and colleagues as having strong morals and ethics, and having integrity and a humanitarian attitude that is commendable.

While working in Special Events, Anna became one of less than 250 Certified Professional Catering Executives (C.P.C.E) in the United States. Throughout her time with Tasty, Anna earned awards from NACE/ISES Chicago Excellence (N.I.C.E) for the following: Best Picnic Nominee (2009, 2008), Best Off-Premise Catered Event under $10,000 (2008, 2007), Best Off-Premise Catered Event under $10,000 Nominee (2009).

Anna graduated cum laude from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreation Administration, and minors in Marketing and Psychology. She moved to the Chicagoland area in 2002 for an internship at Schaumburg Park District, where she advanced to the role of General Programs Supervisor and earned the Certified Park and Recreation Professional (C.P.R.P) designation.

When not at the office, Anna enjoys playing volleyball, attending concerts, reading, traveling and watching football. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, and heading to her hometown in southern Illinois to spend time on the family farm.
